Booking Appointments:
→ A non-refundable booking fee is required when booking your service. this booking fee comes off the total cost of your appointment, but is non-refundable under any circumstance.
→ Bookings made in-salon will require a booking fee to secure your appointment within 7 days prior to your next appointment. We will contact you prior to this to ensure your booking fee has been paid.
→Brow tattooing appointment will be required to first come in for a 'Brow Consultation". After this, a booking fee will be required to go ahead with your initial brow appointment. This fee will be charged in salon when booking your appointment.
Reschedules / Cancellations:
→ You are able to reschedule your appointment a minimum of three (3) times, if you exceed this limit, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee becomes voided.
→ Please note that all cancellations need to be made within 48 hours of your appointment to have your booking fee transferred over to your requested date and time. If there is less than 48 hours notice is provided, the remaining cost of your appointment will be charged at 100% and the booking fee is voided.
Late Arrivals / No-shows:
→ Please ensure you arrive on-time to your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late, you will incur a $10 late fee added to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes, or more late to your appointment without notice, your appointment will be classed as a cancellation and the remaining balance of your appointment will be charged in full and the booking fee is voided. Any future bookings will require full payments.
→ Ciao Bella does not tolerate no-shows. If you have not contacted us in regards to why you cannot attend your appointment within 24 hours notice, you are considered a no-show and will be blacklisted from any further appointments.
